Welcome to MindFood
We’re a charity here to help for free if you’re struggling with your mental health, or are feeling stressed, depressied or anxious by offering food-growing and creative sessions in natural green settings.
We believe better mental health should be accessible for all.
Sessions run 6 days a week at two gorgeous Ealing gardens.
Can’t physically join us but still want to be involved?

About MindFood
Based in Ealing we provide free support for people with mental health issues. Helping to improve wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness & creativity.
Courses are based at beautiful green spaces in Ealing. An allotment plot near Hanger Lane tube station, and in the gardens at Horsenden Farm near Perivale tube station.
If you want a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit, veg, herbs and flowers whilst becoming more mindful – we’ve got you! Start with our weekday Growing Wellbeing course, or Sustainable Wellbeing on Saturdays.
We offer a non-judgemental space, that is described by many as a haven – a welcoming, calming space to learn and grow!

Check out our uplifting film!
The Media Trust organisation paired us with BAFTA Award-winning Director and Filmmaker Claire Norowzian, and a team of professionals who wrote, planned, filmed, acted, edited and produced our film, BUD.
